When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or city, the type of inspection requested and your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver inspection services, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How it is processed
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend). To reduce spam, the form may use a privacy-friendly verification service (Cloudflare Turnstile). These providers process the data only to deliver your message and protect the form.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand general site usage. We do not use invasive advertising trackers.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and for our normal business records, after which it is deleted.
